Fairfax City Beer Garden 2019 Celebrates Summer Solstice
Here's a good way to celebrate the longest day of the year, the summer solstice, albeit a couple of days late: the Fairfax City Beer Garden.

FAIRFAX, VA—Here's a good way to celebrate the longest day of the year, i.e, the summer solstice, albeit a couple of days late. It's the Fairfax City Beer Garden, noon-7 p.m. Sunday, June 23, at High Side, 4009 Chain Bridge Road.
The event will include more than 20 craft brews, food, games and music. Several local businesses will be taking part, and there will be a dunk tank for charity. Here are more details, per High Side:
To support the local charity, we will be partnering with one of our favorite charity organizations, Fairfax Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), We will have a dunk tank for charity. A local business owner offered to donate $100 for every elected official of the City of Fairfax that gets dunked. Please help to let them know! All the money raised will be donated to @fairfaxcasa so they can continue to advocate for the most vulnerable children in our community.
