Local Fitness Classes Remain Online

Fitness fans are staying fit at home with livestream classes

(Jazzercise Inc. Carlsbad California)

Co-Vid 19 has shuttered many in-person fitness classes. But you can still participate in a group fitness class from your own home. Local Jazzercise franchise owners are offering their customers several fitness options including livestream fitness and stretching sessions. The program, which began in late March, will continue in response to concerns about Co-Vid in group settings.

“Taking a livestream class is pretty easy,” said local fitness studio owner Yhomara Warshavsky. “Our customers join our livestream classes on our private Facebook group. We have morning, afternoon, and weekend classes using this live format and our customers are so happy to have this option. They really like that they can continue working out with their favorite instructors. Warshavksy’s team of instructors has converted basements, garages, and even corners of their family rooms into mini workout studios to deliver these fun-filled classes. “Of course, we are glad to be able to stay in business,” said Warshavsksy, “but we feel especially good about helping our customers maintain their physical and mental health in these difficult times.”

If you are looking for a way to stay fit while staying at home, Warshavsky says you can email ffxjazzercise@gmail.com or call 703 909-6449 to ask about a free trial class or any special offers.
