Northern Virginia Weather: Sweet Start to Work Week
Get ready for some relief with the beginning of the work week, according to the Northern Virginia branch of the National Weather Service.
STERLING, VA — Now that a relatively dreary weekend, at least weather-wise, is in the books, folks can take solace in the National Weather Service forecast for the first chunk of the work week. Namely, we're talking a lot of sunshine with scant chance of rain expected until Wednesday night.
Monday is expected to be mostly sunny but a bit on the chilly side with highs in the low 60s and a lot of pesky wind gusts. And then comes Tuesday with a near-identical day except for slightly higher temperatures and mild breezes.
