Office Evolution Continues Growth in DC Suburbs
Local entrepreneur opens new coworking location in Fairfax as demand for flexible workspace rises

Office Evolution - the largest and fastest-growing coworking franchisor in the United States – continues its rapid, nationwide expansion by opening its third Northern Virginia location in Fairfax. Having locations in Tysons Corner and Herndon, Office Evolution has seen impressive growth. Fueled by the Covid-19 pandemic and the increased demand for workspace close-to-home, Office Evolution offers a cost effective and safe work environment. The new Fairfax location is owned by local entrepreneur Fred Franke.
Located at 10304 Eaton Place Suite 100, the 10,138 square-foot center offers local small-to medium-sized business owners and remote workers of larger corporations with access to 41 private offices, three conference rooms, a podcast audio room and shared workspace areas with a capacity for approximately 25 people. This is the first of two Office Evolution locations that Franke plans to open in the area. Franke is evaluating locations in Fairfax and Prince William counties.
“With the density of residential neighborhoods and small businesses in the area, Fairfax is the ideal market for Office Evolution,” stated Franke. “Additionally, with proximity to Washington D.C., our new location offers the perfect alternative to those looking to avoid a long commute downtown, or those simply looking for a safe place where they can get their work done in a supportive and collaborative environment.”

Prior to becoming an Office Evolution franchisee, Franke spent over 37 years with Verizon, where he served in a variety of executive sales leadership positions. While at Verizon, he was responsible for leading a small business segment, where he developed a passion for helping provide small business owners with the necessary tools to find success.
“I spent decades helping small businesses from a variety of industries gain access to the tools they needed to grow,” said Franke. “After researching how Office Evolution could continue to help me pursue that passion, I knew that it was the perfect concept for me and I knew I wanted to help support the Fairfax small business community by opening an Office Evolution location here.”
