Summer-Like Temps Thursday Could Bring Scattered Showers in the Evening
Slightly cooler temperatures are expected Friday.

Unseasonably warm temperatures continue throughout the area on Thursday, lending a feel more akin to summer than the tail-end of winter.
Though temperatures remained warm Wednesday night, hovering in the 50s and 60s, a slight cold front will pass through the area Thursday night, bringing temperatures down into the 40s.
Sunshine will lead the way into potential rain Thursday night, up to a quarter of an inch, says the National Weather Service (NWS). Any rain is expected to dissipate by daybreak though, as showers move south of the D.C. Metro area.
