This Weekend: Stream Slosh, Tune Up Your Pipes and Free Family Movie Night

Saturday
Stream Slosh: Break out those waders — at the Walker Nature Center in Reston, $6 (or $4 for Reston Association members) will get you some nets and buckets to take a closer look at what lies beneath the rocks and the lily pads. The fun starts at 10:30 a.m.
Car Wash for the Marshall High Softball Team: Swing by the school off Leesburg Pike in Falls Church to make sure your car is clean for what bit of summer remains.
FREE FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT: Vienna Baptist Church has some free fun planned at 541 Marshall Road SW. This week's film: Toy Story 2. The reel rolls at 6 p.m. — and there's free popcorn and juice.
Sunday
Country Western Dance Extravaganza: The Country Western World Champions are coming to Colvin Run. Participants can dance for mroe than six hours to a range of favorites, from 2-step to country waltzes and West Coast swing. The fee for the event, at Colvin Run Community Hall, is $15 — but you have access to the experts, the music and a "loaded snackbar."
Choral auditions for the Fairfax Choral Society Adult Chorus Auditions for the 2013-2014 season take place at Fairfax Presbyterian Church, 10723 Main Street, Fairfax.
