Republican Women of Clifton presents Dr. Lolita Mancheno-Smoak to share her experiences from the campaign trail.
Dr. Lolita Mancheno-Smoak, recent Republican candidate for the Virginia House of Delegates (Dist. 42), will be the guest speaker at the Republican Women of Clifton meeting to be held Jan. 17 at Fairview Elementary School in Fairfax. She will describe what it was like to run a campaign as a first-time candidate and what were the lessons learned.
