Fairfax Salon to Offer Free Back-to-School Haircuts
Suggested donations of $20 will be given to Locks of Love.
A local hair salon, Alexandre de Paris, will offer free haircuts Sunday, Aug. 24 and Monday, Aug. 25 to students ages 5 to 18. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, including college students who have a current school ID.
Haircuts are on a first-come, first-serve basis only; no appointment is necessary.
The salon will contribute suggested $20 donations to Locks of Love. Last year the salon raised $3,700.

The salon is located at 12751 Federal Systems Park Dr. in Fairfax. Hours for the free haircuts on Sunday and Monday will be 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
