Local Paranormal TV Show Investigates Underground Sites in York
The next episode of Argos Paranormal's The Witching Hour TV series will be investigating an old speakeasy and morgue in York, PA.

Argos Paranormal is proud to announce that an all-new episode of their multi-award-winning TV series, The Witching Hour, will begin airing on select public access TV stations throughout the United States starting on Sunday, July 4th.
In this all-new episode, Argos Paranormal and Portsmouth Paranormal Society will be traveling to York, Pennsylvania, a city that once served as the capital of the United States of America, to investigate two underground locations that are located beneath the city. One location is an underground speakeasy that was previously connected to the York underground city system, but also the site of a mob headquarters and a brothel during prohibition. Both teams will also be investigating reports of paranormal activity in the basement of a nearby building that is claimed to have served as a morgue while the building served as a temporary medical facility in the early 20th century.
“Unknown by many, York, is a city with a vast and unique history. We are very excited for viewers to not only be given an exclusive look at the old speakeasy which will shed light on York’s underground nightlife during prohibition, but the old medical facility will also give viewers insight into the post-Civil War ramifications of York,” said Ryan Martinez, Producer of The Witching Hour.
“We thoroughly enjoyed our investigation of the old speakeasy and morgue with our friends from Argos Paranormal. It was fascinating to not only learn the history behind these two locations, but to also capture evidence to substantiate the stories.,” said Matt Woods, an investigator of Portsmouth Paranormal Society.
Viewers can experience this thrilling episode when it begins airing on select public access TV stations starting on Sunday, July 4th. Additionally, the episode will also be published on the Argos Paranormal YouTube channel and other digital platforms on Monday, July 12. Viewers in Northern Virginia, however, can watch this episode through Fairfax Public Access Channel 10 on July 17th at 5:00 pm and again on July 18th at 10:00 pm.
