- Non-Critical: Employees were not trained in food safety, heating or cooling
- Critical (Corrected during inspection): There was no certified food manager present at the time of the inspection
- Critical Repeat: Cutting board surfaces were soiled to sight and touch.
- Critical (Corrected during inspection): Dishes and utensils were not being properly cleaned due to the low temperature of the dishwasher
- Critical (Corrected during inspection): Utensils were not sanitized
- Critical (Corrected during inspection): These foods were being held at improper temperatures under a heat lamp- Stroganoff, casserole, sausage and peppers
- Critical Repeat (Corrected during inspection): These foods were being held at improper temperatures in the refrigerator - hamburger patties, raw chicken, sliced ham, cooked ribs, penne pasta salad and grilled chicken breast
- Critical (Corrected during inspection): An unmarked spray bottle with chemical cleaning solution was found at the bar area.
