Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an armed robbery at the Battlefield 7-Eleven store on Leavells Road shortly after midnight Tuesday morning.According to officials, two male suspects wearing masks reportedly entered the building through the front door. The first suspect brandished a handgun and demanded cash form the register. Both suspects then fled the area on foot. The suspects were described as light-skinned black or Hispanic males wearing dark clothing, gloves and camouflage colored masks. Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division responded to the scene and conducted a forensic examination.
