City Blotter: Trash Bins Reported Stolen from Home Depot

Various larcenies and vandalism cases were reported this week.

Larcenies: 

Home Depot, 1201 Gateway Blvd., Sept. 7 4:20 p.m. An employee reported that a male subject stole two large trash bins and left the scene in a white Chevrolet van. The investigation is ongoing.

1900 block of Washington Avenue, Sept. 8 10:30 p.m. – Sept. 9 3:45 a.m. A visitor reported that her laptop computer was stolen from the residence. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

800 block of Caroline Street, Sept. 8-9 noon. A citizen reported that a painting that was publicly displayed on a fence on Caroline Street was stolen. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

7-Eleven, 3333 Fall Hill Ave., Sept. 7 8:15 p.m. An officer patrolling in the area reported that he found graffiti spray painted on a storage bin. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Dunning Mills Inn, 2305 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Sept. 9 midnight – 1 a.m. A manager reported that a window in one of the rooms was broken. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 

Hazel Hill Apartments, 100 Princess Anne St., Sept. 7–10 8:30 a.m. The manager reported that the vending machines were damaged. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
