FREDERICKSBURG, VA — There's hardly a better time than Valentine's Day to fall in love with a new puppy. The Fredericksburg Regional SPCA has a wide selection of rescue dogs and cats looking for loving homes.
Meet Droopy, a 2-year-old mixed breed pooch who can turn your frown upside down. Droopy loves to play and cuddle, and he's one of about 400 pets that the SPCA shelter cares for each year.
The Fredericksburg Regional SPCA is a nonprofit, no-kill humane organization dedicated to the principle that every life is unique and worthy of protection. The organization saves the lives of many homeless animals each year.
