He was a motorcycle enthusiast, enjoyed boating and spending time with family.Survivors include his life partner, Teresa Fox; children Sarah and Carter Fox; brothers Dennis and Dale Fox; children of the heart Robert, Josh and Andrew and their children; and grandchildren Eli and Tyler Snellings.A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 31 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. Burial will be private.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Biker's Against Child Abuse.
