Delays Tuesday Night at Northbound Route 17 Exit Ramp in Stafford
The northbound I-95 exit ramp to Route 17 northbound will be open, but water main repairs overnight may cause delays.
The Virginia Department of Transportations is advising motorists to expect minor delays tonight when exiting Interstate 95 northbound at Exit 133 in Stafford County while merging onto northbound Route 17.
Crews will be repairing emergency water mains at the base of the ramp from 7 p.m. Tuesday until 5 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31.
The exit to northbound Route 17 will remain open, but traffic will shift slightly at the exit ramp’s merge point with northbound Route 17. A single lane of Route 17 northbound will also be closed at the work zone.
