Fredericksburg Pet Of The Week: Miss Piglet Is A Bucket Of Love
Miss Piglet, a friendly and calm 7-year-old at the Fredericksburg SPCA, is ready to spend the rest of her life with a loving family.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA—Looking for a well-behaved, happy puppy who will love your family to the moon and back? Then, you're in luck. Miss Piglet is the pooch for you. She is eager to find her "fur-ever" family.
Miss Piglet is one of the Fredericksburg SPCA's long-stay residents and is looking to retire now that she just had her 7th birthday. This means she's officially a golden gal, who is looking to enjoy the finer things in life at a slightly slower pace. She is sweet and calm, loves soft beds and belly rubs.
Her foster family says that she is potty trained, and prefers the company of adults or older kids now that she is a retiree looking for that non-hectic lifestyle. She loves toys, but we can't lie, with a name like this you know how to truly win over her heart—with food! She likes to follow her meals with a snack, with a couple of treats and maybe some dessert after that.
