The restaurant plans to lease about 4,900 square feet of ground-level space that remains along the William Street side of the Liberty Place complex. The restaurant, which will be called Harry’s Downtown, will be at the corner of the building closest to the corner of Winchester and William streets, according to the Fredericksburg Economic Development and Tourism office.

Harry’s Downtown will be similar to the Spotsylvania location, owner Doug Welsh told the city economic development office. The restaurant will have a warehouse-style feel, a 22-seat bar and a garage door opening to the patio.
