Holiday Season 2019 Hours, Events At Spotsylvania Towne Centre

SPOTSYLVANIA, VA — Spotsylvania Towne Centre, located at the junction of Interstate 95 and Route 3 near Fredericksburg, will be open longer hours in December and New Year's Day, giving customers more time to do their holiday shopping. The 1.7 million square-foot complex offers more than 120 department stores, specialty shops, restaurants, hotels and entertainment venues.

Here are the Spotsylvania Towne Centre's holiday hours for the next three weeks:

Dec. 9-15

Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Friday through Sunday, 9 a.m.–11 p.m.

Dec. 16-22

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–11 p.m.

Saturday, 8 a.m.–midnight

Sunday, 8 a.m.–11 p.m.

Dec. 23-26

Monday, 8 a.m.–11 p.m.

Tuesday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m.

Wednesday, Closed

Thursday, 7 a.m.–9:30 p.m.

Dec. 31-Jan. 1

New Year's Eve, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

New Year's Day, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

The Spotsylvania Towne Centre has two gift wrapping stations that will be open through Christmas Eve. Chancellor High School will be doing gift-wrapping in the Starbuck's Hallway and Colonial Forge High School will be gift wrapping at the Main Entrance. The hours for gift wrapping will vary at both locations.

The shopping center has several holiday events scheduled during the holidays. The Concert In Lights is being held at 6:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on a daily basis at the Village at Town Centre through Dec. 24. It also has scheduled a Fredericksburg Concert Band Holiday Performance from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the food court on Wednesday, Dec. 18.

The Stafford SPCA, a nonprofit animal welfare group, is sponsoring an Angel Tree in the Sears Seating area of the complex. Customers are invited to select an ornament on the tree for an animal in the SPCA shelter. The animal's special Christmas wish list located on the back of the ornament.
