Lilly Bloom To Hold Grand Opening At Spotsylvania Towne Centre
Margo Frazier's business, Lilly Bloom Artisan Bath & Body, won the Small Shop Showdown competition at Spotsylvania Towne Centre.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Local entrepreneur Margo Frazier's business, Lilly Bloom Artisan Bath & Body, won the inaugural Small Shop Showdown competition at Spotsylvania Towne Centre, receiving six months of free rent inside the mall.
More than six months after winning the competition, Frazier and the shopping center will be celebrating the grand opening of her store on Saturday, Aug. 29.
Lilly Bloom Artisan Bath & Body offers artisan soaps, lotions, body scrubs, bath bombs, candles and other handmade products. Frazier began making the products three years ago, selling them at craft fairs and through social media.

After winning the Spotsylvania Towne Centre competition, Frazier and her children Sierra and Dakota Frazier now have a brick-and-mortar location to sell these products.
Lilly Bloom Artisan Bath & Body is located near the Center Court of Spotsylvania Towne Centre, next to Cinnabon. Between noon and 2 p.m. Saturday, customers can enjoy refreshments and enter to win a special gift basket from the new store. Social distancing guidelines will be implemented during the grand opening celebration.

In addition to the free use of store space, Frazier won a package of marketing assistance to help get the business off the ground, on-mall signage, a news release, digital signage and advertising on social media. Frazier competed with a variety of other local entrepreneurs who described their business concepts to a Shark Tank-style panel of real estate leasing experts.
