This Local Girl Needs Your Help
This brave little girl wants enough slippers for all the children on the pediatrics unit at VCU Children's Hospital.
A Fredericksburg Patch Facebook user reached out to us to share:
Hi! My Name is Hannh and I am 11 years old. When I was 6 I was diagnosed with with a very rare case of Chiari 1 . Chiari 1 is where your brain and your spinal chord are connected and fluid fills up your head. This causes very bad headaches all the time.
I would like to donate slippers to the Childern’s Hospital in Richmond. Please help me get slippers and raise money for the families.
