Man Charged in Burglary

Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office said the 27-year-old wore a mask during a burglary.

A Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office detective has charged a 27-year-old Spotsylvania man with breaking and entering and "wearing a mask in public" for a Sept. 17 burglary.

Detective Frank Corona charged Rudy M. Andrade after a large amount of cash was stolen from a check-cashing business at 3500 Plank Rd., the Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office said in a release. 

"The money has not been recovered at this point but the investigation is continuing and anyone with information into this case is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office a 540.582.7115 or Crime Solvers at: www.spotsylvaniacrimesolvers.org." said the release.
