Fredericksburg-Area Meth Dealers Arrested: Police

A methamphetamine distribution ring was busted earlier this month following a "long-term" investigation: Stafford County Sheriff's Office.

STAFFORD, VA—A methamphetamine distribution ring was busted earlier this month following a "long-term" investigation, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Three people, including a mother and son, were arrested July 2.

That's when the SCSO Special Investigations Unit found Wesley Lee Beverly, 33, of Fredericksburg, with a gun and approximately eight grams of meth. A subsequent search of a hotel room on Warrenton Road turned up more meth ("a significant amount") and several guns. He was charged with intent to distribute controlled substances and possession with intent to distribute while in possession of a firearm.

The same day, Crystal Noel Beverly, 49, of Spotsylvania, was arrested and charged with conspiracy. Also arrested that day was Josephine Francis Gallagher, 28, of Fredericksburg, who was charged with possession of a firearm while in possession of drugs and possession with intent to distribute controlled substances.

All three were held without bond.
