Spotsylvania Towne Centre Offering Gifts On 40th Anniversary

Spotsylvania Towne Centre​ is celebrating its 40th anniversary in the Fredericskburg area by offering $40 gift cards to customers.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Spotsylvania Towne Centre is celebrating its 40th anniversary by offering gifts to its customers. Since opening its doors on Aug. 15, 1980 as Spotsylvania Mall, the shopping center has undergone renovations, grown by nearly 500,000 square feet and changed its name to Spotsylvania Towne Centre.

Over the years, Spotsylvania Towne Centre has added many new stores, a hotel, a theater/entertainment complex and an open-air shopping district known as The Village.

To commemorate the 40-year milestone, the mall is offering a $40 Mall Gift Card with the purchase of at least $250 at stores in the complex. To claim the gift, customers should bring their receipts dated between Sept. 1 and Sept. 30 from any combination of stores in the mall to the Spotsylvania Towne Centre customer service center.

Located at the junction of Interstate 95 and Route 3 just outside Fredericksburg city limits in Spotsylvania County, the 1.7 million-square-foot complex has more than 120 department stores, specialty shops, restaurants, hotels and entertainment venues.

Spotsylvania Towne Centre is owned and managed as part of the Cafaro family of companies, based in Niles, Ohio. One of the nation’s largest privately held shopping center developers, the Cafaro organization has developed and managed more than 30 million square feet of commercial real estate in 14 states.
