STAFFORD COUNTY, VA — A man charged with peeping into the women's locker room at OneLife Fitness in Stafford now faces 19 charges, according to authorities.

The additional charges stem from four other times Joe is suspected of climbing into the ceiling at OneLife Fitness in January, according to a news release the Stafford County Sheriff's Office issued Monday.

Investigators said Joe used a single-stall bathroom to climb into the ceiling above the women's locker room five times total in January.

Multiple women were in the locker room when Joe was in the ceiling, the sheriff's office reported.

Security footage from the gym shows that on four occasions, at least one hour passed between when Joe entered the single-stall bathroom and when he left.

Police also said they found equipment used to spy on women in the ceiling above the locker room at the gym.

Joe was indicted by a grand jury in Stafford County Circuit Court on April 5. He is being held without bail at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
