Three Cars Broken Into Along Lewis St

An unknown suspect reportedly rummaged through at least three neighbors’ vehicles on Lewis Street Tuesday morning.

Three residents who live on the 600 block of Lewis Street and Douglas Street in Fredericksburg told police the suspect entered their vehicles around 9:40 a.m. Tuesday and rummaged through the contents of the consoles and glove boxes.

Loose change and other small items were stolen from two of the vehicles. Police say no suspects or witnesses are available at this time.
