University of Mary Washington Commencements to be held May 6-9

The University of Mary Washington announces Commencement plans for May 6 through May 9, 2021. To comply with Governor Northam’s health and safety guidelines, the ceremonies will be held over four days on the Campus Recreation Field adjacent to Route 1. The University is working with City of Fredericksburg administration to minimize disruption to neighboring residents. The greatest impact will be along the 1700 block of Sunken Road, where graduates will line up before processing in. Guests will be using the readily accessible garage parking accessed by Route 1.
