Where To Find 2020 Christmas Trees In Fredericksburg

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — With Thanksgiving come and gone, some families will look to put up their Christmas trees for the season.

Whether you're an early decorator or want to know your options for later in December, there are Christmas trees for sale around Fredericksburg.

Fredericksburg Host Lions Club

• Location: Big Lots parking area, 2000 Plank Rd., Fredericksburg
• More information: The Fredericksburg Host Lions Club is selling Christmas trees, wreaths and White House ornaments in the parking lot on Plank Road in front of the Big Lots store. The revenue is used for charitable contributions such as eye and hearing exams for those who cannot afford them, the purchase of glasses and hearing aids, youth scholarships, diabetes education, and school supplies. This year's White House ornament honors President John F. Kennedy.

Knights of Columbus Fredericksburg Council

• Hours: 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
• Location: Tree lot behind St. Mary Catholic Church on William Street in Fredericksburg
• More information: Knights of Columbus Fredericksburg Council is selling freshly cut Fraser Firs.

Snead's Farm

• Location: 18294 Tidewater Trail, Fredericksburg
• Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday through Sundy
• More information: Blue spruce trees for sale at $95 per tree. This year, Snead's has a large selection of 9-foot trees. Cut or dig your own.

Meadows Farms - Massaponax

• Location: 8424 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Fredericksburg
• Hours: Daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• More information: Get your living or cut Christmas tree. Cut trees are Fraser firs, White pines, Douglas firs, and Scotch pines. For living trees, Meadows Farms has Alberta spruces, Norway spruces, and Colorado Spruces. Also sells poinsettias and greens for decorating your house.
