Winter Storm Watch Issued For Fredericksburg
National Weather service says five or more inches of snow possible.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for the City of Fredericksburg and surrounding areas.
The winter storm watch will be in effect from late tonight through Sunday night, and calls for possible snow accumulations of five inches or more. The winter storm watch cautions that snow could move into the area late tonight from south to north, with a peak period of snowfall coming between daylight hours on Sunday through Sunday evening. Winds will come from the north at 10 to 15 miles-per-hour tonight and sunday morning, with possible increases of up to 15 to 25 miles-per-hour in the late Sunday afternoon. By Sunday night, winds could gust up to 30 miles-per-hour.
A winter storm watch means there is a potential for significant snow accumulations which may impact travel.
