Lee District Association of Civic Organizations April Meeting Preview

This month's topic is the land use process in Lee District.

The Lee District Association of Civic Organizations (LDACO) will discuss the land use process in Lee District at its April meeting next Wednesday, April 24.

Representatives from the Fairfax County Department of Planning and Zoning will deliver a presentation and answer questions about how the process works and how communities can influence the process, according to the meeting agenda. Topics such as the Comprehensive Plan, Land Use Committee, and Land Use terms will be explored at the meeting.

If your Lee District homeowners' or citizen's association has not already paid its annual dues, please mail a $20 check made out to LDACO to Vicki McLeod, 7928 Central Park Circle, Alexandria, VA 22309. Also please update any contact information for your association by emailing the information to vickimcleod@live.com.

All Lee District citizens are welcome to attend the LDACO monthly meetings. The April meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. in the Helen Wilson Commuity Room at the Franconia Government Center, located at 6121 Franconia Road in Alexandria.
