Man Fights Off Three Attackers, Foils Robbery
The following arrest information was supplied by the Fairfax County police department. Where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Three men assaulted a 29-year-old man in the 3600 block of Buckman Road on April 12 at around 12:45 p.m., according to police.
The men attempted to go through the victim's pockets, but he fought off the suspects and fled. Nothing was taken, and the victim was treated for non life-threatening injuries at the hospital.
In a separate and unrelated incident, a UPS driver alerted police to a burglary in the 8300 block of East Boulevard Drive on April 12 at about 2 p.m. Police say a burglar entered through the front door and stole jewelry.
