Police: Exxon Gas Station Employee Robbed
Also: Police charged a man with assaulting a police officer

Police say a man robbed an Exxon Gas Station employee at 1800 Belle View Boulevard on Friday, April 10th. The suspect entered the gas station, displayed a knife to the 30-year-old female employee and took an undisclosed amount of cash at around 9:15 p.m. The victim was not injured. The suspect was described as black, between 18 and 25 years old, about 6 feet tall and 145 pounds.

Police say a man with assaulted a police officer in Mount Vernon. On Saturday, April 11th, police responded to a fight on the 8500 block at around 10:23 p.m. One allegedly resisted arrest and assaulted an officer. The officer did not required medical attention. Shawn Luzaki, 32, of no fixed address was charged with assault on a law enforcement officer.
Police arrested a man for brandishing a firearm at an acquaintance on the 6200 block of Richmond Highway on Sunday, April 10. Police say a Woodbridge man waived his gun at a 25-year-old man after a confrontation at around 2:13 a.m. The victim was not injured. Hector A. Rodriguez, 27, was charged with brandishing a firearm.

Police say two men robbed a 40-year-old man in 3700 block of Rolling Hills Avenue the last Tuesday. Police say that around 1 a.m. the suspects stole his wallet and fled. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries. The suspects were described as black, between 20 and 25 years old, wearing white T-shirts. One suspect was about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 165 pounds, with dreadlocks. The other was about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 180 pounds, with short hair.
Police responded to a burglar alarm on the 7100 block of Park Terrace Drive at around 11 a.m. on Wednesday. A police investigation determined that a door had been forced open, but that there was nothing missing from the home.
