Police: Man Robbed and Stabbed on Huntington Avenue
Also: a pocket knife was stolen from a business in Fort Hunt

The following incidents were reported by the Mount Vernon Police District station between September 7th and September 14th.
Fort Hunt Crime
Police say cash was stolen from a vehicle on the 2100 block of Whiteoaks Drive.

Mount Vernon Area Crime
Police say three men robbed a 26-year-old man in Mount Vernon on Saturday, September 10th at around 12:30 a.m. The victim was not injured. Police say the suspects were described as black and around 20 years old. They were about 5’9 tall, 160 pounds, and wore short hair.
Police say a 26-year old man was robbed and stabbed on the 2300 block of Huntington Avenue on Saturday, September 10th at around 9:15p.m. Police say the victim was taken to the hospital for non life-threatening injuries.
Police say three males attempted to rob an 18-year-old man on the 5400 block of Claymont Drive on Saturday, September 10th at around 9:33 p.m. One of the suspects was described as black, about 5 feet 9 inches tall and 160 pounds. Police say the victim was transported to the hospital for non life-threatening injuries.
Police charged a Mount Vernon man for drug possession and trespassing last week on a property located on the 8200 block of Russell Road. Police arrested Kirkland G. Sprattley, 30, just after midnight on Wednesday, September 14th. He was taken to jail and charged with trespassing and possession of schedule I or II drugs.
