Police: Mount Vernon Home Burglarized
Also: A bicycle was stolen from a Fort Hunt residence
The following incidents were reported by the Mount Vernon Police district station between April 27th and May 4th.

Police say someone stole power tools from a trailer at a construction site on the 6800 block of Richmond Highway. The burglary occurred some time between 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27th and just after noon the following day. Police determined entry was forced through a window.

Police say someone stole a laptop computer from a home on the 3000 block of Franklin Street last Monday. The burglary occurred some time between 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Police determined that entry was forced through a door.
