Police: Two Mount Vernon Homes Burglarized
Also: Beer was stolen from a Fort Hunt business
The following incidents were reported by the Mount Vernon Police District station between May 25th and June 1st.

Police say a home on the 3500 block of Robert E Lee Place was burglarized some time between 9 a.m. on Monday, May 23 and 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 28. A police investigation found that the burglar forced entry into the home and took electronic items.

Police say a home on the 7400 block of Vernon Square Drive was burglarized on Saturday, May 28 some time between 12:30 p.m. and 6:20 p.m. An investigation determined nothing appeared to be missing.
