Resident Hears Glass Breaking, Sees Suspect Trying to Enter Through Window: Police
Police were called to a home after midnight Friday near S. Kings Highway, after a man tried to enter a home after breaking a window.
FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Fairfax County Police say that a woman heard glass breaking at her home shortly after midnight Friday and when she went to see what was happening, saw a man trying to climb through the broken window.
Police say the burglary suspect, when confronted by the resident, fled the scene. The home is located in the 6600 block of Tower Drive (see map below).
Police did not provide a description of the suspect description. The victim was not injured, police said.
