Sandburg Student Charged With Assault and Battery
The victim declined medical treatment
Police say a student assaulted another student on Wednesday, May 4th between 11 a.m and 12 :45 p.m. Both students are 14 years old. The victim declined medical treatment.
Police charged the suspect with assault and battery on Tuesday, May 10th. Fairfax County Public Schools spokesperson Paul Regnier said "appropriate disciplinary action" was taken.
