Richmond Highway Lane Closed Saturday After Vehicle Strikes Utility Pole
A lane was closed Saturday for hours according to Fairfax County Police after a vehicle reportedly hit a utility pole.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- If you were out running errands on Saturday, a lane on Richmond Highway was closed for hours, according to Fairfax County Police.
Apparently a vehicle hit a utility pole and as of 2:45 p.m. Saturday, there were more than 120 homes without power, according to a Dominion power outage map.
Del. Paul Krizek sent out a message Saturday about the situation:

The area where the lane was closed was located on southbound Richmond Highway at Mt. Eagle Drive (see map below).
