Colonial Highway has drawn a second restaurant bid, as Mehak Indian Bar and Restaurant’s owner offers up to $900,000 for the property. Town Council will weigh this proposal against an earlier plan to turn both town-owned buildings into a bar and grill during a closed-session special meeting on Dec. 23.
