Interesting Test Case
Although I'm not sure there are any users other than me who have both write article permissions and expansion home communities.
So, right now in production, you technically can set your home community to an expansion site, which I had done on test here (Marion, VA).
But with this release, we limit add article selection to sites with siteMapEnabled = true.
If I delete the Marion, VA and try to search on it again in add article, it doesn't come up, but I still have it as an option to add article by default because that's my home community.
