• 18-year-old in critical condition after Mechanicsville shooting (nbc12.com) — A young man is in critical condition after a Saturday night shooting in a Bell Creek Road parking lot in Mechanicsville, where an argument between two groups escalated and multiple shots were fired. Deputies say the suspects, believed to be from outside Hanover, fled before officers arrived, and they’re asking anyone with information to contact the sheriff’s office or Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers.
