• Suffolk man arrested for attempted murder after overnight shooting (wavy.com) — An overnight shooting on Forest Oak Lane in Suffolk left one man critically injured and led to the arrest of a 34-year-old suspect on attempted murder and related firearm charges. Police say the victim was treated by Suffolk Fire & Rescue and taken to a local hospital, where he remains in critical but stable condition as the investigation continues.
