• Boil Water Advisory issued after water main break in Williamsburg; road closures remain (13newsnow.com) — If you live in Highland Park, Katherine Circle, or the Governor’s on North Henry apartments, you’re under a boil-water advisory after a water main break in Williamsburg. Tap water should be boiled before drinking, cooking, or brushing teeth until the city lifts the notice, expected within about 24 hours. North Henry Street near Lafayette remains closed for several days while crews rebuild the damaged roadway, so plan alternate routes.

• One hurt following fire on Charter House Lane in JCC (wavy.com) — Emergency crews from James City County and the Williamsburg Fire Department responded to a serious house fire Friday on Charter House Lane, where one person was injured and taken to VCU Medical Center. Firefighters quickly knocked down heavy flames in the attached garage, limiting spread into the home’s living areas, and investigators are now working to determine what caused the blaze.
   

• W&M Standout Jalen Jones Earns FCS Football Central All-America Honors (wydaily.com) — Williamsburg football fans can celebrate William & Mary cornerback Jalen Jones earning FCS Football Central All-America First Team honors for the second straight year. The Chesapeake native helped the Tribe secure a fifth consecutive winning season and now ranks second in school history with 52 passes defended, cementing his status as one of the program’s all-time defensive standouts.
