1 Killed, Another Injured In Auburn Motorcycle Crash
South King Fire confirms a motorcycle hit a car on S Peasley Canyon underneath Highway 18.
AUBURN, WA — One person has died after their motorcycle was hit by a car in the Auburn area Monday morning.
South King Fire reported the crash just before noon Monday, saying a motorcycle had hit another vehicle on S Peasley Canyon just underneath the Highway 18 overpass. The motorcyclist was killed in the crash, firefighters say another person is still being evaluated and treated by South King Fire medics.
The King County Sheriff's Office has been called in to investigate the cause of the crash, and just before 1 p.m. announced that they had arrested the driver of the car who hit the cyclist.

Their investigation is ongoing, in the meantime firefighters are urging commuters to avoid the area.
