2-Car Fire Cleared On SR-410 In Bonney Lake
A dark colored Jeep reportedly caught on fire, then rolled downhill where it struck another Jeep. The road was closed for more than an hour.
BONNEY LAKE, WA — State Route 410 in Bonney Lake, just west of South Prairie Road East, was blocked Wednesday morning due to a two-car fire in the middle of the roadway. East Pierce Fire & Rescue and Bonney Lake police responded.
A dark-colored Jeep reportedly caught fire, then rolled down SR-410 where it collided with a white Jeep in the 19700-block of SR-410, between Discount Tire and Best Tire Center. The drivers of both vehicles appear to have escaped without serious injury.
Bonney Lake police directed traffic and investigated the incident until the road was reopened.
