Buckley Police: Electronics Stolen in Commercial Burglary, Vandalism at Foothills Museum, and Multiple Shoplifting Reports

Sept. 2, 2013

Attempted Burglary: A resident reported at 12 p.m. someone was trying to enter his home on the 1400 block of Dieringer Avenue.

Sept. 4, 2013

Purse Theft: A resident on the 300 block of Cothary Street reported at 10 a.m. that known suspects had taken her purse.

Sept. 6, 2013

Assault: Police responded to the Rainier School at 7:20 a.m. for a report of a client on client assault.

Sept. 7, 2013

Vehicle Prowl: A resident on the 300 block of Albert Street reported at 2:02 a.m. someone had gone through two vehicles on her property and stolen items including papers at a GPS unit.

Property Damage: A resident on the 500 block of S River Road reported at 10:30 p.m. someone had broken the door to their vehicle.

Sept. 8, 2013

Shoplifting: A male in his 20s reportedly left the 76 gas station on the 29200 block of State Route 410 with a case of beer without paying for it.

Theft: A theft suspect was arrested in connection with an incident on the 29300 block of State Route 410 at about 9 a.m.

Sept. 9, 2013

Burglary: Police responded to a business on the 300 block of Chamberlain Street at 11:42 a.m. for a report of a burglary that occurred over the weekend. A fence protecting the property was damaged in order for the suspect(s) to gain access. Several vehicles were damaged and multiple electronics were reported stolen.

Shoplifting: A juvenile was detained and later released to a guardian after police responded to a report of a theft from a business on the 29300 block of State Route 410 at 4:14 p.m. 

Vandalism: Police received a report of vandalism at the Foothills Museum at 4 p.m.
