Deadline Approaching: Bonney Lake Gingerbread House Submissions Due Soon
Local cookie sculptors have until this weekend to frost their submissions.
BONNEY LAKE, WA - The Bonney Lake Arts Commission's gingerbread contest is now accepting submissions - but you only have a few days left to make a submission.
The drop-dead deadline is Dec. 3 at 1 p.m., but sooner is better. The earliest the commission is accepting gingerbread houses is Dec. 2 from 3 to 5 p.m. You can drop off your sweet-and-savory architecture at the Bonney Lake Public Safety Building, 18421 Veterans Memorial Drive E.
The contest is open to teams, individuals, or local businesses. Winning entries will be announced on Dec. 3 at 6 p.m. during the city holiday tree lighting ceremony.
