Logging Trucks Crash Snarling Tacoma Traffic
The crash sent logs from one of the trucks through the cab of the other.
TACOMA, WA – Two logging trucks crashed in Tacoma Thursday morning, snarling traffic for several hours. Two lanes of I-5 were closed, backing up traffic for miles.
It happened in the northbound lanes near SR 16 around 10 a.m..
Tacoma Fire says that the logs from one of the trucks went through the cab of the other truck.

The driver of one of the trucks was rushed to the hospital in serious and stable condition.
