Nighttime Closures Scheduled for Eastbound SR 18 Over Green River Bridge this Weekend

SEATTLE – Contractor crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will close the eastbound State Route 18 Green River (Neely) Bridge overnight on Friday, Aug. 16, and Saturday, Aug. 17, for expansion joint replacement work.

Closure details

Friday, Aug. 16

Eastbound SR 18 between Southeast Auburn Black Diamond Road and Southeast 304th Street will be closed from 11:59 p.m. Friday until 6 a.m. Saturday. The left lane will close at 10 p.m. to allow crews room to mobilize equipment.

Saturday, Aug. 17

Eastbound SR 18 between Southeast Auburn Black Diamond Road and Southeast 304th Street will be closed from 11 p.m. Saturday until 8 a.m. Sunday. The left lane will close at 9 p.m. to allow crews room to mobilize equipment.
