Prep for Rhubarb Days Festival Next Weekend with These Rhubarb Recipes

The City of Sumner's Rhubarb Pie Capital website (www.rhubarbpiecapital.com) features a special page dedicate to recipes for the stalky red um, stalks. According to the site:

Many of these recipes are those that have been shared across the nation for decades. We have them here in their original format from the pamphlets leading from the mid-1900s to today.  We also have printer-friendly versions. 

There are standards like strawberry rhubarb pie and a variety of conserve, marmalade and canning ideas. Plus curious names like 'blushing rhubarb fluff' and 'rhubarb sponge' that you'll just have to click through and read for yourself.
