Sumner Police Search For Men Who Robbed Fred Meyer Jewelry Store
Police say two men robbed the store last Wednesday around 8 p.m. and both are still on the loose.

SUMNER, WA — Police are looking for two men who robbed the jewelry section of the Sumner Fred Meyer last week.
According to police, the two men walked into the Fred Meyer just after 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct 7. One of the men reportedly threatened clerks with a handgun, and one told the employees that they needed to rob the store for a relative's surgery. Both men ultimately made off with several diamond rings.
Officers say one of the men was carrying a white and tan husky at the time of the robbery, and they were seen leaving the area in a white sedan.
